Safecoat features:

Polyureseal BP is the highest quality water based clear gloss finish available today. Exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, with high solids and very low odor, very low VOC. Firm build, good flow, high luster. Comparable to conventional urethanes in performance without the toxicity.

Uses: For use on wood, metal, concrete, furniture, cabinetry, and display fixtures.

Coverage: One gallon covers approximately 300-400 square feet in one coat, depending on method of application and surface porosity.

Finish: Gloss or satin (SATIN requires GLOSS coat first)

Application: For best results use professional applicators for floors. These are used by the pros because they produce the best results. They produce a consistent thickness of polyurethane and minimize waste. They also eliminate streaking if used properly. Simply attach to a broom handle and walk with applicator behind you. Do not press down, just allow the weight of the applicator to control the thickness of polyurethane. For applications other than floors you may use a brush or paint pad.

Special Note: Please do not use this product over an existing oil based polyurethane or oil-based product. It may interact and smell.

Please note that SATIN requires coat of GLOSS first.
